Connect your computer Keyboard to your Android Phone and type Faster!!

Typing in a Android Smartphone isn't always easy. Though the screen sizes are increasing every year but nothing can be compared to writing in a physical keyboard.
There might be times where you are working on the computer and you have to reply to your loved ones in the phone, you can’t just keep switching between phone and computer. What if you could type using your computer’s keyboard with your existing Wi-Fi router without any modifications? That would be super great!

Well, then you might be interested in a Android app called Wi-Fi Keyboard which does the same. You can use the keyboard which is connected to your computer for this. Okay then lets begin.

Regualar Computer Keyboard

A web browser like Google Chrome

Go here and download the app (Hyperlink the following link in “here”. After the download is complete, go to Settings>Language & Keyboard. Tick the WiFi keyboard button and then go to Input Method and the WiFi keyboard.  Then launch the app and switch on your WiFi in your phone.

A black screen will be shown with some text. Find the part where its written “Connect your Computer’s browser to” Open any browser in your computer and type the part from http. For example if its written- “Connect your computer’s browser to http://10.0.10:7777”, you have to take the http part and write that in your browser’s address bar.  Now a page will open with a box, start the app where you want to type and then start typing the box. If you have done everything correctly, you will be able to type in real time in your phone. Congrats you have a working WiFi keyboard!
